What is America's Freedom Fest?

America's Freedom Fest is one the Midwest's premier air shows, with a heritage and tradition dating back decades. The event draws more than 30,000 people from around northern Indiana and beyond and features daring aerial acts, fascinating static displays, mouthwatering food, a legendary fireworks display, and much more.

What is Rotors 'n Ribs?

Rotors 'n Ribs is a helicopter fly-in hosted by Sweet Helicopters. This year it is on the same day of America's Freedom Fest and includes VIP passes that not only offer a premier view of the air show, but also a delicious barbecue meal, a helicopter-related safety seminar, and a variety of networking opportunities. Pilots who fly into the event and their guests, along with anyone who attends the town hall meeting, will receive complimentary VIP air show passes!

Saturday, July 6

1–3PM Helicopters invited to fly in and land on KGSH grounds

3–4:30PM Rotors 'n Ribs aviation safety seminar in the Sweet Helicopters hangar

5–6PM Cocktail hour in the Rotors 'n Ribs VIP chalet tent

6–7:30PM Rib dinner served

8–9PM America's Freedom Fest Air Show*

10PM America's Freedom Fest fireworks display

*There will be periodic breaks in the air show for helicopters to depart if they don't want to stay for the entire show and fireworks
